HBI INDUSTRIAL HUB

An industrial center in the province of Bucharest and a plan to support Italian enterprices with their production abroad. The goal: create spaces for the tertiary and secondary sector. The project involved the construction, on a building surface of 10,000 square meters, of two main buildings: the first with a bearing structure in c.c.a.p. and the second in ordinary c.c.a. The architectural concept is inspired by the formal elements that characterize the local rural homes which, adapted in a contemporary key, become completely innovative and eco-sustainable.
